Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card. It comes with a one-time grant of 1,000 credits — enough to build an agent and watch it run against real work. It is a trial rather than a recurring allowance: the credits are not topped up each month, so once they are spent you either top up or move to a paid plan.
Can I switch plans later?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately — the extra credits land in the same billing cycle, so you don’t wait for a renewal to use the plan you just bought.
What is a credit?
One credit is one billable step your agent takes — a model call or a tool call. A typical agent run is a handful of them, so a plan’s allowance goes further than a per-run price would suggest. Model token costs are billed separately by your own LLM provider: you bring your own keys, and we never mark them up.
What happens when I run out of credits?
A run already in flight always finishes — we won’t abandon a half-done task over billing. You can top up at any time at $0.015 per credit, or turn on automatic top-ups with a monthly ceiling you set. We’ll also warn you as the balance gets low.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pick monthly or yearly at checkout, no sales call needed. Yearly bills ten months for twelve, so it works out as two months free on every paid plan. Your credits still arrive monthly either way: paying annually changes when you pay, not how much you can run in a given month.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Cancel anytime — no penalties, no exit fees. Paid plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual. If you leave, your data is available for export.
