This Policy applies to personal data processed by Fruxon as a controller for our websites and account management, and as a processor when we act on behalf of our customers within the product.
“Personal data” means information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual.
“Customer data” means data submitted to the Services by or for a customer account.

We collect personal data in the following categories (depending on how you use the Services):
Account data: name, email, password (hashed), organization, role.
Usage data: product interactions, feature usage, pages viewed, timestamps.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, OS, SDK/API telemetry.
Support data: information you provide to our support channels.
Customer data: content or datasets you or your org upload/configure (we process as your processor).
4. How We Use Your Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)

Authenticate users and secure accounts (legitimate interests; legal obligation).
Measure usage and enhance product features (legitimate interests; consent where required).
Communicate updates and service notices (performance of contract; legitimate interests).
Comply with law, enforce terms, and prevent fraud/abuse (legal obligation; legitimate interests).
With your consent, send relevant marketing (you may opt out anytime).

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. We maintain incident response procedures and notify customers and/or authorities as required by law.
Fruxon is designed to be SOC 2–friendly and supports enterprise controls such as RBAC, audit trails, and environment isolation.
10. Your Rights (GDPR/EEA/UK)
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

11. California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA.

12. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., in-product message or email). The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
